Iv had them out to clean my fireplace and still had a problem with soot getting on my walls and had to stop using the fireplace in January/ February :/ Iv called and no returned call. My other complaint : This last cleaning also needed a leak calked on the fireplace and noticed a leak again My call last week with the need of re-calking which was done last of December- the calk repair job needs to be redone It should last longer than 5-6 months-
