We had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. When we went to return our car, we were told by someone who wasn’t even aware of the situation that we would only get $8,500, even though the original offer was $10,000. They blamed scratches and dents that were already there when we bought it and claimed the engine needed to be replaced — even though the car didn’t even last 9,000 miles or a year with us. To be truly honest, unless you want to get screwed by the dealer badly. (both customer service or price wise) You probably don't want to come here for your car needs. I have given this dealership 2 SEPERATE opportunities to serve us (about 1 year apart) and both failed. I got my first Ford from this dealer (Bill Pierre Ford. They don't honor their contracts, I won't do business with them, unethical
Bought my Prius in Mother's Day here. I think they did a great job letting me test drive, and came to a middle number rather quickly.
Tony is a great guy there, I sold my old car to this dealership and he made it a great experience.
