After my brother bought a Jeep, I was thinking of getting one to. Although my brother bought from somewhere else, we came to the lot at Bill Penney and I liked some of the Jeeps on the lot. The salesman, Randy Harlan took my credit application and ran my credit but, would never text or call me back. I did not appreciate running my credit and not responding to my messages. I’ll just say verify EVERY figure and ask questions about EVERYTHING they insinuate is included from the very beginning. Lies and Deception was the name of the game in my experience. Love my car, now since I refinanced and cancelled all their hidden items. Just be careful.
