The people who work there are helpful and nice even if they aren't the best at communicating. (I think this was partially because of the insurance company). They cleaned and washed my car before returning it and my car looks brand new.
Kim and Charline are the best! Talk about great customer service! I was informed and communicated the entire way! I was involved in a second car accident and by then I felt like family with this shop! I KNEW I was taken care of. They flipped my frown and they even cleaned my car up nicely! Looked completely like a brand new car! Plus the donuts and coffee is just awesome! I left satisfied happy and with new friends! I would recommend this shop to everyone!! 10 stars from me.
