Thank you Jon for the great service today helping me with my ski boots (never too early to think snow!). I feel I got exactly what I wanted at a great price but more importantly, got an expert explanation on my foot/ankle alignment and what can be done with the right pads and fitting. Look forward to the fitting this fall I will also be in for the cargo box in October. There is a reason these guys have been in business for 50 years and the West Michigan outdoor sporting community owes much to Bill and Pauls.
