They Play Tricks I used to like Bill Page Toyota a lot, everytime I call for service appointment, TU ( the service manager) was so accomodating and responsive. However, when I started complaining about the "engine light" coming on despite my RAV 4 being having only 35 k miles on it, I realized he was playing a trick on me. On several occasions, as soon as I pulled in the bay, he would quickly attached the diagnostic reader, then reset the computer. Thus, my complaint about this NEVER showed up on the invoice. Ok service, but overpriced and they kept my wheel lock I took my car in for 60,000 mile service and they tacked a lot on. It was almost $2000 for a lot of little repairs that they insisted that I needed. They rotated my tires, removing the wheel lock from my trunk, and they did not return it. I have called about it several times and they have not returned my calls.
BEWARE BILL PAGE TOYOTA SERVICE DEPTARTMENT I went to the service department for a sensor repair estimate. After the mechanic looked at the vehicle Tu Phung Certified Assistant Service Manager, told me how much the repair would cost and also informed me I needed 4 new tires. Three years ago I had purchased 4 Michelin tires from Bill Page toyota costing about $950.00. These tires were warranted for 60,000 miles. I now had 35,000 miles on these tires. Bill Page Toyota is so good so far I recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Bill Page. The sales staff was very accomadating and even provided a loaner car when addressing the "we owe" issues to prep our Sienna for sale. It has been only a week since we bought it, but so far we have been quite happy with our purchase. Buyers are always at an information disadvantage when making a purchase, especially regarding the respectability of the outlet. Hopefully, this review will help out a future buyer.
