We had our AC unit go down due to the condensation pan being cracked which leaked water all over our house. We called Bill Owen's to come service the unit and they said they would have to order the part that was three weeks ago. They have consistently stated they have ordered the part but then came back and said they ordered the wrong part twice. We haven't had Air Conditioning for 4 weeks. I literally had expensive models melt from how hot our house is.

Install was great. Crew was polite and hard working. The system is soooo much better than my old one. Installed a seer 18 upstairs and downstairs. House is so much more comfortable with the new system. Quieter also. Great company and great product, Trane.

When it was time to replace my ancient heat pump, I received nearly a dozen estimates from 4 companies. Brian Owens earned my business. Brian walked me through options and answered my MANY questions. Communication was excellent. The work crew was very professional, and they put my work-from-home wife at ease. Bill Owens gets my highest recommendation.

They did an amazing job! The receptionist on the phone is so sweet and personable. Also, the man who did my repairs, Brian, got hung up on a few other jobs throughout the day, but still made sure to come out to my house even tho I told them we could wait til the next day if need be. He didn’t want us to have to deal with our issue one more day. He got it fixed really quickly and all at a very reasonable price! And he was so nice! Highly recommend this company!
