Beware Took my F150 into bill Jarret ford for a diagnostic and they found transmission needed replacement. I then chose to have bill Owen’s replace the transmission to save money. Bill Owen’s replaced transmission and then said I had all kinds of timing codes. Had to limp truck to another dealer because bill jarret ford said they would not even look at my truck. Because they have a working relationship with the shop who messed up my truck. Other dealer diagnosed truck within an hour said wiring harness was layed on catylitic... read more
George and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, the truck we purchased has been in the shop 2 times since February. We purchased the extended warranty and so far the process has been ok. Waiting to get the truck back again to see if it’s finally fixed.
