I can’t say enough good things about Bill. I met him 4 years ago when I was coming to the Charleston area and he was so helpful in helping me find a house. It was during the great Covid house buying saga so houses were going quick. I was not in the area, so Bill would drive to the houses and facetime me for a walkthrough. Bill is truly an incredible relator! My wife and I needed to upgrade to a new house in Charleston and Bill made the entire process enjoyable and as easy as possible. He was always available whenever we had questions or wanted to go see a house. His excellent knowledge also helped guide us through the entire process.
