Bill's is awesome! They came out in 20 minutes this past Tuesday to jump start my car. Very nice young man helped me out. Didn't get his name. Today I needed another jump start (old battery) and again they were out in 20 minutes. Keith was the mechanic they sent today and he replaced the battery for me. It was not a good day for me & Keith made it so much better - he had to manually open my garage door. I will always use Bill's & request them when I call AAA. Great bunch of men!
They were absolutely great to us. If we have a car problems again (hopefully not) thats where we will go.
Was nice, police, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. He provided excellent service.
I was stranded in a parking lot on a cold day. I called AAA, and after expecting to have to wait an hour for service, Matt appeared ready to help. Thanks to him, I was on my way. His kindness and professionalism helped to make a frustrating situation a lot more bearable.

Andres from Bill’s came to my house this evening after I called AAA because my car would not start and was making a strange clicking noise. He was wonderful…professional, thorough, testing my car and reporting good news…the alternator was fine, but the battery was not. Fortunately he had a replacement battery on his truck and installed it. he was awesome! I have always been so pleased with your service and attention! Big thanks!
