If you want someone who cares about YOU I worked with Bill's wife so naturally she recommended her husband to me 20 years ago when I was looking for insurance. He has been taking care of me and my family and friends ever since. This represents a LOT of satisfied customers. In fact, I have become so close to Billy and his family over the years that we invited them to our wedding 10 years ago. This is a person who cares about YOU and will take care of you if the worst happens. I highly recommend him as your insurance provider!

BILL MUENCH INS AGCY - nice man, disorganized office I have been with them for years and although their rates are low, they seem to have a very disorganized office. They have repeatedly lost the things they asked me to send them and they always say it was lost in the mail. Steer clear... If you are in any kind of a hurry for lousy customer service, excuses on top of excuses, or to be double billed and made to feel as if it was your fault, then this agency is the place for you. My bank account was double billed on two differnet occasions and this agency never owned up to it. They have no accountability and hide behind referrals from friends and family to keep this place going.
