I ordered a chicken sandwich and there was very little chicken on it. The girls were rude and said they would have to charge me. I didn't get a greeting they were so unfriendly. 2 weeks before I came to order food and no one acknowledged me or were even there and one finally came and helped the customer who came later. I will stop coming if you guys don't get your act together. Hire people who are friendly not grouchy.
Quality of food is what's to be expected for this franchise, however portions at this location are smaller compared to others I have frequented. My biggest issue is though is with the service at the drive-thru; I rarely receive a greeting or a thank you and it is painfully slow. Service at this location I'm afraid has gone the way of the Mcfolks, and you're just going to be disappointed.
Terrible service in the drive through and crappy attitudes from the management and staff when checking the status of my order.
