If I could leave 10 stars I would!!! Today I was able to get into what feels to be a dream car! Buck and Dustin made this a hassle free process that I thought was going to be impossible. They worked MAGIC! I’m so grateful and I would recommend anyone to go here to purchase their next vehicle!
Service department and advisors were great. In for my first minor “recall”. In addition to recall they did a truck checkout (fluids,air, miscellaneous). Replaced a couple minor defect lug nuts!! Thanks!! Waiting room was comfortable. In and out within an hour (with appointment).
WORST VEHICLE OF OUR LIFE! WE HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH POOR SERVICE AT A DEALERSHIP! WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BY THE POOR SERVICE AND AVOIDING OUR CALLS THAT SOMETHING WASN'T RIGHT. OK WE PAY CASH FOR A TRUCK ON A SATURDAY AND DROVE HOME TO LOUISIANA THEN DROVE TO CHURCH ON THE NEXT DAY AND WE BARELY MADE IT HOME! THEY TOOK OUR MONEY KNOWING THE TRUCK WAS MESSED UP AND EXPENSIVE TO GET FIXED. THEY LIED TO US LIKE IT WASN'T ANYTHING MAJOR. Excellent dealership from top to bottom. The entire team from salesmanship to “off the lot” could not have been better. Lots of inventory, beautiful facility, friendly and courteous staff, and very competitive pricing. In addition, fair value for our trade! THANKS!!
My husband found a truck online (as we are out of state) and worked with Francisco and Dustin and they were so patient and helpful! He had all the questions and concerns and they were happy to help and figure out the logistics of getting it down here. Coach also did an amazing job driving it down to us and was such a joy to meet. Thank you guys for all of your work!
