I started searching online and found the truck I wanted on the dealership website. I left a chat for a sales associate to call me. Loyd our salesman called immediately the next business day. I told him I couldn’t come to the dealership until after hours and he immediately responded with no problem I will wait on you. Our experience here surpassed all other car lots!!! We worked with David, he was so helpful, made our experience easy and comfortable!!! We had our 3 children with us, we did some talking over the phone and by the time we arrived to lot we were driving away in our new suburban within the hour!!!!
I contacted EAG Jacksonville about a new arrival (pics weren't even online yet). Mr. Demoss sent me pics via text and even arranged to have the truck driven to my location the next day just so I could test drive it (2.5 hours away). Then he called me back and was sure I would like it so sent the truck with another driver in the event I purchased. But he was so kind to say I was under no obligation. I highly recommend EAG Ford Jacksonville Mobile Service. I was in need of having my battery replaced, I had a new battery, but i was unable to replace it myself.
