It was a pleasure working with Bill! He always answered our questions in a timely manner, and setup showings at potential properties at a moments notice. Bill helped us negotiate nearly all of the requested concessions, and we closed on time. He also has a great network of mortgage brokers (Legacy Mutual) and inspectors to help us line everything up prior to closing. We will definitely work with Bill again, and highly recommend him.
