Bill did an amazing job as my buying agent! He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire buying process and was always very responsive whenever I had a question. I really appreciated his transparency and honesty about what to expect next. You can tell he really cares about getting you the best and fair deal. One thing that really stood out was that, he seems to put in the maximum effort regardless of how much you’re paying for your home. I’d absolutely recommend him to others looking for home.

It was a pleasure working with Bill! He always answered our questions in a timely manner, and setup showings at potential properties at a moments notice. Bill helped us negotiate nearly all of the requested concessions, and we closed on time. He also has a great network of mortgage brokers (Legacy Mutual) and inspectors to help us line everything up prior to closing. We will definitely work with Bill again, and highly recommend him.
