Took my 18 Ford Escape to this dealership for some warranty work and decided to inspect it while it was in there. Oh boy was that a mistake. They wanted to charge me over $1400. They said the car failed inspection for a bad front right control arm and they could change it for $917 (!!!!!!). Absolutely not, I work on repairing things for a living and knew immediately they were trying to screw me. After some research I realized the parts were $100-$150 max plus about an hour of labor.
