Bought a pick up truck from them and have never had such a good experience at a dealership in my life. Everybody was extremely friendly and willing to help and the entire process was very smooth. Definitely will be a return customer when the time comes. Can’t recommend them enough!
Needed a battery replacement and got in within an hour! Quick and pleasant!
Had car for over a week. Said they fixed it charged me $800+ and it’s the same. No more Fords and no more McCandless Ford. They just wanted to get me out and another in. No more hometown service. It’s all about the bottom line. What a shame !
Any form of update at ANY POINT of the 8 days would have been nice. They never called once not even to tell me it was done. I had to call everyday for an update
