Karla is a rockstar. I got my car hit while it was parked, the process of getting ahold of someone took hours but she helped me get my car fixed! She is phenomenal at resolving issues.
I was referred to Jessica by my dad as I was in need of new auto insurance. Jessica provided excellent customer service and explained the new policy and coverage in great detail. She returns calls and emails promptly and is saving us hundreds by switching. I appreciate her kind and helpful attitude and will use her again for future insurance needs.
Terrible office facility.
I have been with this office for a long time , people tell me to shop around you’ve been with your insurance company for to long and you’ll get a better rate. And rightfully so possibility is I would be losing much more the personal touch that Jessica and every single person in that office gives to their customers . I am sure it has been at least 30 years since I first used this office for my insurance needs. I got married and moved away and joined with my husband's insurance. I continued to carry the life insurance which put me in contact with them about a year ago. I was thrilled to see that they were still the same attentive office I knew.
