Bill is so easy to work with and he truly wants the best for everyone and for everything to go smoothly. He helped the night before set everything up and went above and beyond his job! Food was cold. Ok that happens but when you see your food sitting there while your waitress walks by it several time, then you when you ask for it to be reheated and it sits there again, it kinda gets aggravating. Never once got a refill. Never gave us our check, then when we walk up to the counter to get our bill she hands it to us and walks away, she goes to do something else then walks back to handle our bill. Great breakfast (highly recommend Bill's diner fries.) My son loved the L.A. bread. We'll definitely be back because I think we've found our local diner spot.
ultra cheerful Donna tolerated my off the wall humor and took great care of Michele Hensley and me. Reuben omelets was great. mini potato pancakes were good enough to eat [!]. Lighthouses were great according to my accomplice.. we will be back!
Our Oakwood Country Club closing party was catered by Bill and Marys last Saturday evening! The 59 guests raved about the delicious steaks and chicken done on the grill!! The whole meal was beautifully and deliciously prepared!!
Haven’t been there in years because of bad service. Thought I’d go today. Was totally ignored. Waited for a server and watched someone who came in after me get served. Tried flagging down the boy behind the counter. He acknowledged me but never came over or sent someone over so we left. As I was leaving I told one of the servers no one helped us and she also ignored me. Never again will I go back.
This place is absolutely awful I took 3 adults and 3 kids ages 8,7,4 to breakfast and our bill was 80$ for breakfast which is the cheapest meal to eat out. Service was subpar we had to ask for half the food they never brought us table was extremely wobbly so much so it spilled drinks anytime someone touched it it’s old and extremely outdated. Again 80$ for breakfast. They have the smallest omelets ever 11$ for kids chocolate chip pancakes and bacon. The bacon looked microwaved. Plus we had to pay for every refill never again... read more
