bought new 2017 ford f150 truck . demo had scratches and stone chips wich dealership and salesman promised to fix,,, took truck to Marsh group body center.. Estimator shown damage that was agreed to be fixed. told by salesman they would be expecting me, they body shop unaware...told me no problem they would contact Ford Kalkaska .Said would need truck 3 days. and that they do not have loaner cars.. 4 days later contacted by salesman told me drive it to Kalkaska on Monday, they would get me a loaner .would only take 2 days.ca... read more
