My Jeep has been in the Bill Marsh service department several times for a total of weeks! They replaced my fuel tank with a used one then charged me for the parts to fix the used tank they installed! Now I have it back again and they still haven't fixed the original problem. We called and were told they can't get the part needed to fix it, so there is nothing they can do. We have now spent a bunch of money on a used fuel tank and parts to fix that used tank and it still in the same condition as when we dropped it off. This h... read more
I have a ram 2500 I bought from Bill Marsh, paid extra for an extended warranty. My truck went into a derate today for def issues. Called to make an appointment, first appointment is 2 weeks out. I have rental coverage with that warranty, but it needs to be diagnosed before they will provide a rental vehicle. My truck is not drivable, so I have to go two weeks without a vehicle because they don't have appointments available.
