The best. Bill Mark's does not subcontract and supervises his professional team. He then without charging us more, touched up areas that I hadn't notice needed a little work. Repaired wood trim damaged in the HR tornado, and didn't just slap some paint on it. Very affordable and I'm very happy. I received several referrals from friends and neighbors for the great quality of work that Bill Marks Painting provides. After several bids, my instincts were to utilize them. They did the exterior painting on our house and they were extremely accommodating, professional, and detailed. Not once were my phone calls and other communications neglected. They are also competitively-priced. Everything went great for us, so I am impressed enough to give them a high recommendation.
The very worst at customer service! Called Bill Marks Painting 4 times at two different numbers trying to hire them for Residential Exterior work and never got a call back. Don't use them, you'll never hear from them when attempting to make contact. A true professional sure wouldn't run their business this way. Warning to the general public about their business practices!.
