I took my car in to have some warranty work done to my car. I worked with Lily she was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to get a fix for my car and even followed up with me following the repair to make sure everything was still working okay.

I recently booked an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and excessive vibration under engine load. I have always taken my car to a dealer or worked on it myself. I'm happy to pay dealer prices for high quality service; however, this is not what I received. The service tech let me know that the vibration was most likely due to wear in the lower motor mount, which I authorized replacement of. The wrong part was ordered, and multiple trips were involved, but about a week later, I paid, and picked up my car. The issues w... read more
