This dealer does not have their stuff together at all. I came in a week ago to buy a new key and fob they called and said it was done so I made a 8:30 appointment to get it the new fob reprogrammed but when I got here the parts department took 20 mins to find my key and fob then I brought it to the service department for them to do the reprogram and the girl that I checked in with showed me to the waiting room then after waiting for 1.5 hrs I asked her what is taking so long and she said it will be another 3 hrs this all wou... read more

I bought a part and then I didn’t use it at all but they didn’t want to return it because it’s electronic and they don’t return electronic parts which is a very stupid policy
