Rude and unprofessional security guard. Called ahead of time to let them know I was coming. After letting me in, about to talk to the lady at the counter and I’m asked to flip out my pocket by security. I reply “which one”, and he walks up and lifts up my shirt to check my belt, then says nothing and walks back to his corner and continues to eye me the whole time in the store. Purchased many products from here and normally had good experiences except when sized for my wedding band it was sized too big. My weight didn’t fluctuate in 2 months. When I went back to get it resized I was charged the fee despite mentioning prior I didn’t feel that should be the case since it was the employee who sized it. A manager spoke to me and refused to wave the fee and instead charged half ($35) after great debate. This is where the 2 star rating comes in.
