Super friendly staff, very courteous and helpful. Pricing appears to be fair and competitive.
Customer service with Bill Le Boeuf Jewelers has always been impecable. However in the last few years with constant threat to break in(s) and theft has left such a bad taste, to which your greeted at the front door handing jewlely peices off on the sidewalk to security vs being treated as a customer and welcomed warmly. If the provider does not wish to do business with local patronage; it should close its doors and move to a better location vs stereo typing customers and creating and unwelcoming atmosphere.
went to look at some engagement rings and to see how much they would take for a watch with my boyfriend but the security guard asked to see our ID’s which i understand since it’s downtown barrie, but didn’t let me in because i forgot mine in my other wallet even though i gave my health card as an ID (which casinos, LCBO, cigarettes/vape products and lottery all accept no problem. they can’t ask for it but i can offer it) . he was rude and unwilling but then let in SEVERAL people in, while i waited in the car outside the stor... read more
My husband and I went in to look at 25th anniversary rings. Jennifer was very attentive, fun and gave us lots of choices in different price ranges and styles. I didn't think I'd find my ring but we narrowed it down to 2 and then the one we thought was perfect. I was initially unsure about an estate ring but I just love it. Thanks again
