I cannot say enough good things about Bill Lanier and his team. I assisted my mother in selling her home, despite being 500+ miles away. Bill & Kim gave me exceptional advice, guidance and support during the whole process. It was seamless from start to finish, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience managing so much, from so far away. Highly recommend without reservations.
The Lanier team in Midland did an exceptional job! They helped us from start to finish selling our home and even called us while they were on vacation during the process. If you are in the market for a new home the Bill Lanier team is the only way to go, especially Dale and Kim. They made the process so easy. They went above and beyond for meeting all my wants and needs on my checklist for my new home. They are patient and have an easy going bubbly way about them that makes you feel like you are the only one that matters! On a scale from 1 to 10, they'd get a 12!
