This vet clinic has multiple doctors which makes it a bit easier to see doctor as needed. Staff and doctors show compassion for our pets and treat them with care.

The entire staff is wonderful. I have 3 cats, 2 dogs, and a parrot so I am there a lot. I can always count on them when they are needed.

Always a wait that is often almost an hour long. They perform procedures on your animal without your approval and expect you to pay for it. You make appointments and they lose them, in general the place is poorly run. Some of the staff is very friendly but Dr Rivero can be very rude and seems to care more about money than you and your animals.
Go to Lenoir Animal Hospital! Friendlier staff willing to work with you. They go out of their way to care for your fur babies! Not all about money there!
