One of the best car buying experiences that I’ve had to date. Matt Purdie is a true professional, and did an excellent job at guiding me through the car buying process.
I had an appointment scheduled to see a car tomorrow, confirmed by the salesman yesterday - this was scheduled to work around his day off as I could have come at any time. Today I asked about finalizing the numbers and was then told by the manager that it’s already in a pending sale. No courtesy of letting me know, no chance at first refusal, just a wasted appointment. Feels shady and unprofessional — like a bait and switch.
