I’m giving Matt, my sales consultant, the one star, as he was great to work with. Unfortunately, the financing process was a nightmare. The registration was mishandled, and it took multiple phone calls to get it corrected and refunded. Beyond that, the entire financing experience was unprofessional and lacked any semblance of customer service. I love our new EX30 and the team at Sheehy Volvo made the experience of purchasing our first electric car great!
