Matthew was great and very helpful and attentive! I don’t think it’s buyer’s remorse, but it’s the same experience with Finance. I feel like we were already approved for the rate we got, but they used the excuse that if we don’t get a certain package, we will only be approved for a higher rate. Now that we think about it, the decision wouldn’t be that quick (like in a second, they can bring up a tab with the approval for the lower rate).
