They will service your vehicle that should've not needed any service at the beginning and then mess it up even more my by tech. ***** (185) and cause more problems and then say your warranty doesn't cover or is not covered they are big scam do yourself a favor and don't buy a vehicle from them and/or get any service. you'll thank me later.

This company is trying to steal my truck from me. They're trying to bully me into paying for services I did not approve. The service department completed over $2000 worth of work I didn't approve. Their representative *****, did not follow up with me on what work needed to be done and the totaling costs before they worked on my truck. I spoke on the phone with their representative 1 time. I originally went in for an oil change service. She called, we went over what my warranty covered and final costs were $100. Cool, no prob... read more

The tracking system does show that ************** reviewed the file and was aware of the full quote and services recommended. Our Bill Kay Nissan service representative reviewed this over the phone with ************** and work was approved. My only complaint with Bill Kay Nissan is that they tell you you need repairs on your car when you don't. I was told I needed new brakes after a routine oil change. I declined with suspicion since I had new brakes put on not too long before, To be fair, I'm not sure it they were front or rear, but I was having no problems whatsoever braking. I took my car to another mechanic and was told I did not need brakes and had quite a while before I did. It has been over two years later, and I still don't need brakes! Price was agreed upon for a brand new Pathfinder and we placed a deposit for $5k over the phone. The manager calls back 2 days later and says there was a mistake with the pricing and gives us a new one that is $2k more than the original agreed upon one, and takes off all the packages that were included on it. Bad customer service overall, not sure how they can kill an agreed upon price.
