With having a opponent time set and arriving on still sat two hours. This is unacceptable for an oil change. The excuse given by an associate was the guys had lunch. I didn't realize that everyone has lunch at the same time. If I would ever come back I'll be sure to join them, you would think that of a opponent is made it would be around a time that at least one technician is available
