Love this service department. I am skeptical of BIG AUTO service departments by nature - but the service advisors and techs at Jarret Ford give me great comfort. We have two aging vehicles - an '06 and a '14 - and Jarrett doesn't bat an eye. They provide straight talk, thorough diagnosis and all the options BEFORE spending my money. Very communicative - never any doubt on what's happening. Bonus: They have valet pick-up and delivery service - so no waiting room to deal with. Highly recommend.
