Went down to get a new grass trimmer, as the old one has had its day, only just walked in & i was greeted & asked if he could help, & after a few short questions, I was qualified for the right machine, that's the way I like to shop, in & out. Great shop, very helpful staff, only my third purchase from here, but they aren't the kind of machines you need to buy often, but when i do, I'll be back.
Genuinely helpful and more than a transaction, perfect customer and service interaction. The team were able to help me with a polesaw chain replacement, on the spot, no qualms. They also took the time to help me understand what happens with chains, how to look after it, the specifics of my model, incredibly helpful and educational - which is a service that is very rare these days but highly appreciated. Don't hestitate to give these guys a call!

Great service from Chris. Havent bought a mower for 25 years and needed another [Victa] as mine died on me... however, after chatting to Chris I learned the pros and cons of another Victa vs a Bushranger. Got the Bushranger and its great ... easy to use and really well balanced .
Was assisted by Chris today on a chainsaw issue of my own making couldn’t have been more helpful offering education and advice when he didn’t need to. Highly recommended much appreciated thank you very much!
