HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! AC in my car not cold. Went to Bill&Jacks, took me in right away, did a quick test, said the AC was a little low but not immediate need. I went ahead with the charge, they finished in 15 minutes, good as new! VERY, VERY REASONABLE and super friendly. Wish I'd found them sooner!
I've been using Bill and Jack's for years. I drive 45 minutes out of my way because I know my car will be taken care of at a reasonable price. As a woman, I was sick of bring taken advantage of at other shops. I trust Steve and couldn't recommend him more highly.
I called at 930am on a mid July day to ask when they could get me in to service my a/c. Was told to come in around 1 or 2. I got there at 1:10 and the mechanic was working on another car but had me pull in behind it, hooked up the Freon pump and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Super reasonable price as well.
