Bill was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. From helping us through the pre-selling steps, to listing the house, setting us up with the photographer, scheduling showings, etc. Bill put in the hours to make sure everything went smooth. He walked us through all of the offers so we understood everything and could make an informed decision on which one to choose. We couldn't possibly have done all of this without him, and I'd refer him to any of my friends and family in a heartbeat!
Bill did a great job listening to our wants & needs. We have used him twice (buying our home in St. James & selling our home in St. James)!
