Crappie experience here. We saw two vehicles on the website that we were interested in. We checked the availability. The person responded confirming that both were available. Set an appointment and address for viewing. We drive ahour and a half. The salesman that we were told to ask for had no idea we were coming. The worst part, neither vehicles were on the lot and they didn't have them in inventory.
Derik is hands down the BEST car salesman I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, he made the entire process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. No pressure, no games just great service. I absolutely LOVE my car.
