BR & Prairieville Lincoln would not take my car nor did they have loaners to provide for services I needed so I had to make the drive to Hammond. I’m grateful for Bill Hood. They took my car in, put me in a rental and I was on my way in 20 minutes. They delivered my car back to me from Hammond to BR. Scheduling service is never fun but Bill Hood made this such a quick, seamless, wonderful experience! Shout out to Mr, Jim for taking the best care of me and getting me back on the road.
