DIRTY DEALINGS I recently had my Ford Truck repaired at the âBill Hood Ford Collision Center.â I have to say that the work that was done by the shop technicians was satisfactory. However, when I was called at 11:30 Friday morning I was told the airbag light problem was being checked and the truck would be ready for me before 4:00 PM. Had a wonderful experience with the repairs in the collision center. Tommy, the new manager greeted me went over the car with me to make sure I was satisfied. Ms. Penny and Rachel in the office were very helpful and kept me informed on my repairs.
