I wanted to start off by saying Nathan was exceptional and part of the issues I experienced were my own fault. The overall dealership is clean and the staff when walking in is responsive. Nathan was professional, not overly pushy, and knew a lot about the car. I appreciated his professionalism showing me the RAV4.
