Stopped by for the first time from out of town to see what they had. Was not pressured in any way and was greeted by Austin a younger guy who was actually the manager! He asked if we would by any chance be trading in the Toyota I was driving. Maybe if they could cut a deal. He hooked us up with Russ who did everything possible to get us to purchase the Sierra I was looking at and they made it all happen!!! I called the dealership to let them know that the high pressure fuel pump they replaced a little over a year ago went out again. I was told warranty would still cover this and to bring it in and all would be taken care of. I come and drop the car off and no more than a hour later I receive a call and received news that this would not be covered under warranty.
