To the rescue – My water heater failed last month and had to be replaced, Bill Hefner Plumbing took great care of me by coming out the same day and working late to get the new water heater installed. Thank you!!

Honest, helpful, professional – I started using BIll Hefner Plumbing ten years ago when he was recommended to me by a friend. I have always found them to be consistently reliable, but yesterday they really saved the day. While having a new refrigerator installed, the copper water hose was punctured. I called Bill Hefner,and a REAL PERSON answered the phone, greeted me like I was important, and within 90 minutes had a plumber at my door. TO THE RESCUE – WE HAD A WATER MAIN BREAK AT OUR PLACE OF BUSINESS AND WAS TOLD BY HIS COMPETITORS IT WOULD BE 2-3 DAYS AT THE SOONEST BEFORE THEY COULD COME OUT. BILL WAS ABLE TO REARRANGE HIS SCHEDULE, AND GET US UP AND RUNNING THE NEXT DAY. WITH A SIXTEEN BAY GARAGE, WE CAN'T AFFORD DOWN TIME.
