Ordered an item online and received the completely wrong item. Nancy has been ignoring my emails. Do not shop from here. Now I am out 500$ Edit: Nancy did respond to me simply saying I was wrong. I then sent multiple follow up emails still requesting help because, as stated, I did not receive the item I ordered. Nancy saying I was wrong because she packaged the coat herself really does nothing for me when I know I received the wrong item.
