Bill Green Jewelers has the worst customer service I have ever seen! My husband purchased an expensive bracelet there for me for Christmas. He bought it on 12/7/19 because he was going out of the country and would not return before Christmas. Charles Holt, the Assistant Manager, sold the bracelet to my husband knowing it was a Christmas present and assured my husband that I could return the bracelet if it was not what I wanted.
