We visited the Penfield location. They handled my son's allergies really well! Answered all my questions. Noted his allergies (dairy, egg, peanuts, treenuts, wheat) on the ticket. The fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer and the plain burger cooked separate on the grill. His food came on a separate tray from the rest of us.

Really good cheeseburger and special sauce. Onion rings were crispy and tasty. Food came out quickly and was hot. Followed up with ice cream which is a bonus and very good. Love this place.

From what I could tell, the same oil used for the fish is also used for the fries; neither should be used for the other. Several hours later, I realized I should not have eaten there. For the price, I could have had better food elsewhere.

Coleslaw is horrible yet so easy to make a good then why wouldn't you make your own tartar sauce another easy thing to make instead they serve a crappy pre-made. It's easy to make good food pure laziness

We make our coleslaw fresh twice weekly with a cabbage mix, slaw dressing, mayonnaise and sugar. Ordering pre-made tartar ensures that we have a consistent quality product with every side. Next time you visit just ask for us to mix you up some fresh tartar with mayo and relish! We would be happy to help!
Grew up going to the webster location, been living out of town. Had 2 burgers yesterday, amazing. No more buy one get one free coupons??
