Had work done on my 2016 f150. Service tech broke the ignition cylinder and then called me telling me it would be $360 to fix. I told them that it was their tech that broke it so they should repair it. That was agreed upon. When the keys were picked up a key was bent. We were told that is why the ignition broke. We asked for t the key to be replace and was told no they already replaced the ignition that "was not our fault" and that they would not replace the key. Have done business with them all the time. Wednesday, our car wouldn't start. Called the to see when we can get it looked at. Guess what? In 5-6 days they'll have an opening. Lifelong customer with emergency. But 5-6 days? No longer a satisfied, lifelong customer. Found an independent dealer that got me in in 2 hours.
