I highly recommend Bill Goin Homes, Inc. They were on time, the service was great and the cost was discussed up front and reasonable. Also, I would hire them again.
We had a terrible experience with Bill Goin Homes. We paid him nearly 15 thousand dollars to repair a leaking balcony patio and after he was finished it leaks worse than before and other contractors have told us the entire thing will essentially have to be redone. After all we spent with him he did not fix the problem at all. He was not responsive when we tried to make him aware of the issues and it was difficult to get him to try and address the shortcomings of his repairs.
