So I am always a skeptic when it comes to any type of car repair needs. Being a female and vocal either makes me a target or a "witch" right off the bat. We have taken our cars here over about 8 years and have been very satisfied. They explain everything and don't make me feel like I need to have my hubby attached to understand. They are VERY customer service oriented and we will continue to share their business with local friends/family.
As an old guy with a middle-aged Tacoma, I needed a reliable garage to do the high-mileage maintenance I’m not equipped for. I came to Bill & Glenn’s on my daughter’s recommendation a year or two ago and I’m very glad I did. The work is thorough and professional and Matt and Vince are great to deal with, good listeners who take care to keep you informed. Five stars!

Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful employees. Great work done on my vehicle with additional reminders of when to return for my next oil change and free tire rotation. Very professional. I went in and they didn’t hassle me for stuff that I couldn’t afford. Will definitely go back. Since they didn’t try to up sell me, I feel stronger about listening to them next time for any issues I may have.
We love this place!! Every time we’ve ever gone in here the staff has been more than pleasant. Vince especially is always willing to go above and beyond!!
I've been here 3 times between my car and my wife's car since moving to Winchester 6 months ago. The staff is terrific, very friendly and accommodating and honest.Today I was having issues with the air tire pressure on my car and I called Vince had me come right in and he personally checked them out. I will keep giving them my business.
