Awesome place! Lots of open space, good hookups with concrete pads, good facilities and a great price! The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Will be going back again for sure!
Nice space for events. Needs some updates.
So I'm camping at Bill Frederick Park and they are hosting an event, mind you I have difficulty walking. There is no parking at all in the tent camping parking lot. I call the office and am told: "Sorry we are hosting an event". I said event parking is on the other side. So this woman tells me no it is all over the park. One couple has been forced off there site because someone double booked the site. Another elderly woman is checking out because of the mayhem and it is only 30 minutes into the event. worst exp by the pool I wasnt allowed in with my bathing swim shorts but you going to have lifeguards without a bathing suit wearing long capri and a tank top by the pool.😠
The cabins are nice but the staff wouldn’t give out the code to the doors so mixed groups had to share and coordinate a single key for access. Kinda hard to manage.
Love the park itself but the staff is absolutely incompetent. Two weekends in a row i booked a week in advance and they are “overbooked” the day I’m supposed to be there and no one calls to let me know. Two weekends in a row they have completely ruined for my family! Hire people who know what they’re doing
