After yet another dissapointing experiance at the Ford dealership 2 miles from my home in Spring, TX, I drove to Huntsville to have a warranty repair at Bill Fick Ford. No dissapointments there at all. Corey was super helpful, kind and efficient. The service was top notch and fast, just as it should be. I'll drive past the other Ford dealers with a smile. Bill Fick has gained a customer.
Submitted an inquiry for a walk around video showing any chips/scratches in the paint because I’m out of state. Michael called me 2 days later and asked if he could answer any questions. I repeated my initial request. He replied with “not sure that I can do that. My phone has been acting up”. No attempt was made to get it to me via another method (maybe someone else’s phone). Never heard back from them. No worries Michael! I took my business to another out of state dealership. Avoid this place.
