Bill Fick Ford’s service department is, without exaggeration, the worst I’ve dealt with in 34 years and across nine vehicles. I knew better than to bring my Explorer back to them, but an emergent situation forced my hand. My spouse is battling glioblastoma and has only weeks to months of good time left.
