I’m giving a 2 only because their service department is amazing. The sales guys totally bait and switch. They had all these “promotion flyers” on the desk with really good deals. We will pay your trade in off. $1000 down. Your job is your credit. Etc. come to find out they just raise the price 10k of desired car then offer below kbb value for trade in. I just got my oil changed at what use to be Bill Estes,now Leo Chevrolet. Their prices have gone way up,like everything else. They made me wait an extra half hour plus after it was done. Not only did they not tell me it was done,I had to go ask. Hard telling how long I would have had to wait if I had not gone over and asked. Very disappointed in your Service Department I've purchased a few vehicles for your Dealership but my 2016 Equinoxj has been a nightmare had to have piston rings replaced which was not under my warranty but paid $ however they were replaced them incorrectly was refunded then a timing chain replaced under warranty that now I have to replace because it was installed incorrectly hopefully someone will read this review
Not good. I got a car from there that was to highly priced and value was crap after just a couple years tried to sell and was only offered a thousand. And they tried buying back from me for a low price.
