Just bought a truck here and had a great experience. Parker Boone did a great job as a salesperson. He was patient, not pushy, and informative. The staff and facility were just excellent. Highly recommend.
The service department is amazing.
Stopped in to see if someone could show me how to eject a CD I put into the radio, since I couldn't figure it out and instead of just having someone to come out to the car and see if they could show me. The service lady informed me I would be charged 200.00 just to have someone show me how to get the CD to eject or have just look. I will never send anyone or buy a car from them.
Fast and friendly service department
They tried to show my a KBB for a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium for $3,885, this was my trade in. Thankfully im aware of the car market and went to other dealerships where i saved a total of $7000 on my new car purchase. Shady business. Parker Boone was great to talk to & work with, outside of that i did not have a great experience with this place.
