If I could give 6 stars I would. From beginning to end, working with Bill Elliot and Sons has been fantastic! I could write a short book but highlights included: Answering the phone! Responding to messages! I know! It's crazy right? With all the storms and winter seasonal damage jobs happening they still made me feel important. They scheduled the job and called a couple days before to confirm. My property is on a slope so access to the yard is difficult. Won't return calls. Sadly we heard rave reviews - the only problem was no one would call back. After repeated and multiple calls (and even twice they said they would come); no one came, no one called.

Bill responded same day when contacted, arrived on site the next day and had the job done with the week. Very professional, Courteous of our property, and we would definitely recommend him for any work you may need. Thank you very much!

I recently faced a challenging situation when a tree fell on my garage due to a storm. Understanding the nature of priority jobs, I initially had some patience, but my experience with the Elliott tree service was disappointing. Despite their assurance that I was 'on top of the list,' their response left much to be desired for over a week.
