Bill edick Insurance happens to be one of the best companies that I went through since I've had my driver's license in some way or another I've always got screwed but with this company you get excellent service people that treat you with kindness and good friendship. I've never had a claim solved so fast. I actually had a recent claim an adjuster called me the next day my car was at the body shop and I had a rental car the same day it saved me a lot of stress considering I have 4 Kids...

Best insurance agency and people you'll ever meet! Always professional and provide the best services to the Yuba Sutter area. Couldn't imagine ever doing business with anyone else.
Best in yuba. Had complications with handlers, went in sat with Kari she took care of everything, and got me my rental that day.
Absolutely disrespectful. I was trying to get information about my policy and they were very impatient and hung up on me 2 times. I am all for supporting small businesses but they are so rude. Will never reccomend them or do business with them.

Again, I will say that when you called we tried explaining to you that you were not anywhere in our system and you started screaming and cursing that we did write your policy, when in fact we didn't. Our agents tried helping you in explaining that if you didn't purchase your policy directly from us, we would have no access to your information, but that if you could tell us what company you were with, we would try to help you in finding a number for you to contact.
