Cost $2800.00 to fix a problem caused by a poor installation. I called the manager and she said if it was maintained correctly by them, this would not have happen. I stopped calling them after they came and said I needed a replacement bulb for my ultraviolet cleaner. They do not carry on their truck so they said they would replace it by coming back and charging me a service call to do so. I would expect that would be part of why I pay for maintenance! AC and thermostat was working but home inspection reported poor performance (10 deg. delta-T). Service technician started at my thermostat for some reason, took his time taking wires off and reinstalling, went outside and checked pressures, tried to sell/ replace my dual capacitor and start relay, said it would go out soon, made sense because its a 10 Y/O Trane but he quoted $180 for the relay and "over a hundred" for the cap. Contacted them about installing an Aprilaire media filter. They came out gave me an estimate and work was completed the next day. Great to deal with.
Our air unit quit early evening, so I called Duncan's for an appointment the next day and they set me up a time, and they were very punctual actually a little early . Daniel was very polite and knew exactly what to do. He's a very sharp talented technician, would recommend Dan highly , and Duncan's air. The receptionist was so very polite that she even confirmed the next morning the appt time VERY PLEASED
