I was moving to Belleview from Fort Lauderdale and had to have many things done before I moved into my new home in Belleview. Much to my surprise the A/C turned out to be one of those things. I called Duncans and they were backed up. I don't remember how I ended up speaking to Chad but I explained my situation and he made sure that I had a quality working A/C unit the day I moved in with my 3 kids! I called Bill Duncans AC and spoke with a women on the phone I called because they whee a train dealer which I had. I was told by said women that the new air conditioners where not built as well as as the old ones and since my train was still running I should keep it. I spoke to several people and considering that i have cancer and go to HOuston to get treatment that said it would be prudent to replace my air conditioner. Our air unit quit early evening, so I called Duncan's for an appointment the next day and they set me up a time, and they were very punctual actually a little early . Daniel was very polite and knew exactly what to do. He's a very sharp talented technician, would recommend Dan highly , and Duncan's air. The receptionist was so very polite that she even confirmed the next morning the appt time VERY PLEASED
Contacted them about installing an Aprilaire media filter. They came out gave me an estimate and work was completed the next day. Great to deal with.
My central air started blowing lukewarm air and the temperature in my home was rising quickly. Duncan's came over shortly after my call and the tech was incredibly fast in diagnosing what was wrong with it. Quick fix and our home is now comfortable once again!
